AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

 

·        To nurture and promote mutual respect, cooperation and mutual existence, harmony and spirit of peaceful co-existence as a model civilised society.

 

·        To facilitate better living conditions and create a pleasant, harmonious and family like environment among the residents.

 

·        To spread awareness about civil rights and right of information act to enable residents to safeguard their rights.

 

·        To interact and coordinate with district administration, Greater NOIDA authority,  police, security agencies, postal dept, fire dept, electricity, telecom, water agencies  and other government departments including non-governmental organisations/ bodies such as hospitals, community centre, educational institutions and NGOs for extracting better services for residents.

 

·        To coordinate with election commission authorities for inclusion of names of eligible members and their family of the sector Delta I in the voters list.

 

·        To maintain liaison with other residents welfare organisations of Greater NOIDA for improving quality of living.

 

·        To control nuisance and unwanted elements including unfair and selfish attitude or measures by any one that may cause harm to common cause and common welfare.

 

·        To discourage encroachment or misuse of common area/ green belts/ parks etc.

 

·        To regulate and monitor the entry/exit of the residents and visitors from safety and security point of view.

 

·        To coordinate and regulate services of washer man, domestic servants, sanitary workers, and car cleaners etc.

 

 

·        To discourage renting of houses for any commercial use like Guest House , Hostel, Storage Place, taxi services etc in larger common interest of residents.

 

·        To control and regulate putting of hoardings/banners/posters, leaflets, stickers within and outside the premises of the sector.

 

·        To promote and enhance cultural and educational activities including celebration of Independence & Republic Day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

TENANTS:  House in the sector can be rented to persons who meet following criterion :

    He/ She shall live in the sector after entering an agreement with RWA that he/she shall abide by the “Bye-laws of the RWA”

    House shall not be converted in to a Hostel. House shall not be allowed for paying guests.

    He/ she shall not create nuisances or any other act so that his/her neighbours feel any problem.

 

Members before renting their house shall have to take the RWA in to confidence and submit photocopy of agreement, authority letter and take the responsibility for their tenant for adhering to the byelaws of the RWA.

 

COMMERCIAL USE OF HOUSE

    No member is allowed to use his premises for any commercial use.

    RWA committee may allow after discussion in the executive committee for providing any services for the charity purpose. For this application may be given to RWA giving details of services provided, persons availing of that service, and other necessary details. After written permission from RWA only, the services can be initiated.   

  

DOMESTIC HELP:

  In employing domestic help residents are advised to follow the rules and regulations of the local administration.

 

  Domestic help hiring details & police verification report copy should also be submitted to RWA for their information.

 

  Residents may not ask or permit their domestic help to use the common areas as sitting or sleeping accommodation, or for the storage of their belongings or to commit nuisance. Offending individuals would not be permitted entry into the sector.

 

SALESMEN AND HAWKERS

In the interest of security, salesmen and hawkers shall be allowed entry with valid pass issued by RWA into the sector.  Following service providers should register themselves with RWA such as maids, milkmen, newspaperman, & delivery boys.

 

If behaviour of any salesman/ vendor is found objectionable by RWA, RWA may deny entry pass to such vendors. RWA will maintain a black-list for such vendors.

 

CARS & PARKING 

§       Residents should drive slowly (Speed limit is 20 KMPH) and with caution within the sector. The use of horns should be avoided. While entering the sector at night, the headlights should be in dipped mode.

§       All residents must obtain car stickers from the RWA’s office and paste them on the windshields of their cars. Cars without stickers will not be allowed in the sector. Visitor’s cars shall be allowed only after confirmation from the respective tenant.

§         Vehicles should not be parked on streets or roads or left unattended. Residents may park their vehicles only in the place allotted to them (in front of their house) or in the open parking.

 

PETS (Dogs) 

In general keeping pets shall be discouraged. Residents who keep pets should not let them loose in the common areas or in the garden.  Pets should be properly vaccinated.
